退货与退款政策 Return & Refund Policy

1. 不可退货情况1. Non-Returnable Situations

由于本产品属于个人口服类健康商品，已开封、使用或包装破损的产品不可退换或退款。所有已开启商品均视为最终销售。 As this product is a personal oral health product, opened, used, or damaged packaging products cannot be returned or refunded. All opened products are considered final sale.

我们仅在以下情况接受退货或退款申请： We only accept return or refund requests in the following situations:

• 商品在运输途中损坏Product damaged during shipping
